The process

We want to make the process of arranging your Will as simple and easy as possible. That’s why we are available to support you every step of the way.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us
    Contact a member of our Award-winning team and we’ll book your appointment.  We can speak to you at a time that works best for you.
  2. Free Online consultation (using technology such as Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp and Facetime) as well as telephone appointments. 
    At the appointment, we will go through your wishes and talk about the options available to you.  We offer a full estate planning service so we can talk about Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA), trusts, property-title changes, funeral planning and our Client Care Package which includes document storage so you have full peace of mind. 
  3. Your Will is drafted by our dedicated team of qualified Will writers. We aim to send this out to you within 28 days of your appointment.  You’ll be given full details of signing and witnessing it or you can pop into our Norwich Head Office, we have set up a safe environment that enables us to witness your Will being signed (also referred to as attestation). Please call us on 01603 894500 to arrange a convenient time. 

If you are happy with the process and the service you have received, make sure you tell your friends and family. If you do refer someone, you may be in with a chance to receive £20 worth of Marks & Spencer vouchers.  Also go online and leave a review on our Google and Facebook pages.

If you have a Client Care Package with us, you can update your Will at no cost every year, so you will have complete peace of mind knowing that it is up-to-date.
