At Heritage Wills, our Core Values guide us in making decisions, tell people who we are and above all motivates our staff to be the best they can.
We regularly review them to ensure that they are consistent with how we work and how we interact with you. For example, we receive testimonials and feedback from our clients on their experience with us. Our clients leave feedback on our Google My Business page and Facebook pages. We look at the words and phrases used to make sure they are consistent with our core values.
As an organisation, we are very passionate about making a difference in our local community. This commitment has helped shape our Core Values and what we do. For example, we continually review and challenge our processes to ensure they are as client friendly as possible. In addition, it also helped us to win a “Highly Commended” award for Community Involvement at the British Wills and Probate Awards.
