If you prefer not to be visited at home of if you live ouside our area, we can arrange for one of our highly trained telephone consultants to telephone you either during the day or in the evening, at a time to suit you, where they will discuss at length all your options, guiding you with plain speaking and straight forward questions.
Whatever way you decide to have your Will instructions taken, our legal department then uses your details to create documents that ensure your wishes are carried out effectively. This process can take up to 4 weeks as we have rigorous measures in place to promote accuracy and eliminate errors. We can however reduce this time at your request in special circumstances.
