Satisfaction Survey Results
All documents are sent to our clients along with a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire and a high proportion of these are returned. We request comments about our service and clients are asked to rate various aspects of the service on a scale of 1 to 5. Of the last 500 questionnaires returned 84% said the service was
(4-5) Very Good, 14% said (3) Ok and 2% (1-2) Poor. All questionnaires are retained for inspection.
