From the moment you telephone you will notice the difference. A friendly and helpful voice is waiting to arrange an appointment for one of our experienced Will Consultants to visit you in the comfort of your own home, at a time to suit you, day or evening.
He or she will spend time discussing all the issues you need to consider in preparing your Will, and offer you helpful guidance in a way that you can understand, free of legal jargon. They may also offer further useful advice in relation to topics that are considered appropriate for your circumstances. The details of your wishes are collected and your Will is carefully prepared by our legal team and then posted to you, usually within 28 days. Once you have checked
that everything is correct, your Will must be signed, dated and witnessed. We are happy to help with this or you may feel able to complete the signing yourself.
You must then return your Will to us for validating and, if requested, placing into Secure Storage. We then send you a copy of your Will and a separate letter for each of your nominated executors, informing them of their duties and where your Will is stored.
Unlike some, we will not charge you extra for visiting you at home to prepare your Will and we won't insist you appoint us as your executors, and if requested we will make all future changes to your Will free of charge.
