Estate Planning Consultant Role: Estate Planning Consultant
Location: Kent, Hampshire, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Salary + Un-capped Commission + Mileage
Heritage Will Writers are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong client focus to join our team as an Estate Planning Consultant. The individual should be driven by a natural and honest quest to seek the best advice for our clients; this will require the applicant to develop their knowledge of the industry through continuous learning. The right applicant will be the face of the company and will be passionate about our company values and strive to ensure our clients future is safe guarded. The successful candidate for the role of Estate Planning Consultant will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Visiting new clients and existing clients in their homes, place of work or in the Heritage Offices advising them on estate planning solutions.
  • Taking detailed instruction of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Continuous training and development to ensure advice is relevant at all times.
In order to be considered for the role of Estate Planning Consultant you will have gained the following skills and experience:
  • GCSE English & Math
  • A-Levels (Desirable)
  • University Degree (Desirable)
  • Some commercial experience working in sales would be highly desirable
  • The applicant will have a keen eye for detail, be a great listener and be passionate about the legal industry. Experience within the legal field is desirable, however not a necessity.
  • Driving License and access to your own vehicle is essential
  • Motivation, client focused and eager to learn are the key attributes for this role.
  • Due to the nature of the job you will be looking at problems and formulating the best solution for the client, for that reason, evidence of problem solving and solution planning is advantageous.

Customer Sales Advisors Heritage Will Writers are looking to employ
7 x Customer Sales Advisors (Part Time - Evenings) to join our busy and friendly team based in Norwich. Heritage Will Writers offer competitive hourly rates, realistic bonuses, free car parking along with many other benefits
This challenging role is within a Call Centre environment where applicants will be expected to make calls to potential clients, whilst maintaining accurate information on the company database. Full in house training will be given. The ideal applicants should have an excellent telephone manner with previous call centre, sales or customer service experience. They should be confident and have a basic knowledge of generic IT systems, together with a positive and professional approach. Exhibition Stand Representative

Exhibition Stand Representative Location: Cambridge area (mobile based role)
Hourly Rate: £7.50 p/h Plus Commission and Mileage
Position type: Part- time (Thursday and Friday – 12 hour p/w contract)
Heritage Legal and Financial were established in 2001 and we have become East Anglia and the South East’s leading dedicated Will writing service, serving tens of thousands of clients. As a result of company growth we currently have openings for an Exhibition Stand Representative to join our team and be based in the Norfolk area or around Harlow, Huntingdon, or Cambridge locality. You will plan and carry out sales activities on assigned areas. You will be responsible for informing of and displaying products to customers and managing service expectations, quality of product and service delivery in a face to face environment. The successful candidate for the role of Exhibition Stand Representative will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Generate and partially qualify leads whilst presenting a positive impression of Heritage
  • Set up and collapse an Exhibition Stand
  • Source and develop client referrals from face to face contact
  • Ensure that you are available for all scheduled and planned Exhibition Stand events
  • Assist in the development and maintain sales and promotional materials across all exhibition stands
  • Attend and assist with all events that require an exhibition stand i.e County fairs and local events
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Maintain customer activity records and transfer these onto a bespoke database
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Monitor and report on engagement activities and follow up for management In order to be considered for the role of Exhibition Stand Representative you will have gained the following skills and experience:
    • You will have some exposure to working in sales in any sector
    • Full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
    • The ability to effectively promote market and introduce the Heritage brand to potential new clients in a face to face environment.
    • The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and promote excellent team spirit.
    • Good literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills and IT literate.
    • Good understanding of the products and services that clients require from Heritage.
    • A positive individual with a ‘can do’, results driven approach and attitude.
    • Demonstrates trust, openness and respect in dealings with clients.
    • A good communicator who listens and is able to express themselves clearly and effectively.
  • The ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact and sensitivity
  • The ability to deliver a high quality service with no supervision
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A dynamic individual with a ‘can do’, results driven approach and attitude
