Heritage was incorporated in 2001 by combining three existing businesses, two specialising in Will-writing and the other an independent Financial Adviser. All had been trading for a number of years before the merger. The reason for the creation of Heritage was to benefit from economies of scale and the desire to expand and extend the geographical boundaries.

Since incorporating, we have developed strong local and regional links with a variety of professions including Financial Advisers, Accountants and local Estate Agents. These professions often tend to recommend that their clients write Wills, as part of their overall financial planning strategy, but do not have either the expertise or the inclination to provide this element themselves.

At Heritage we actively market our services in the East Anglia region and more recently nationally through our telephone wills/online service and our links with other regionally based Will Writing companies. We are actively encouraging people to take the necessary steps by making the whole will drafting process more convenient for them and far less complicated.
